I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

1. Amend the date of a Particulars of Shareholding from 13 March 2024 to 21 February 2024.
2. Amend a Particulars of Director dated 14 March 2024 and replace a Director Consent registered on 14 March 2024. The effect being Adam Banks was appointed a director on 21 February 2024.
3. Amend a Particulars of Director dated 2 April 2024. The effect being Caroline Banks ceased as a director on 21 February 2024.
