Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 September 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Te Pou Tiringa Incorporated, in respect of Te Kopae Piripono (50532) situated at Marfell School, 10 Endeavour Street, Marfell, New Plymouth.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
