Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 March 2015, which was granted under those regulations to Best Start Educare Limited, in respect of Community Kindy The Mount (30246) situated at 492 Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui South, Tauranga.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
