Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager to South New Brighton School (3508) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 May 2023, Notice No. 2023-go1906).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
