Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 April 2024, which was granted under those regulations to Chu Li-Chuan Educational Services Limited, in respect of Tiny Tots Educare (40214) situated at 16 Eason Street, Rotorua Central, Rotorua.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
