Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 November 2023, which was granted under those regulations to Motueka Rudolf Steiner School Trust, in respect of Motueka Steiner Kindergarten (65416) situated at 33 and 35 Wallace Street, Motueka.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
