Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to reappoint the following members to the External Reporting Board:

Michele Embling, of Auckland,

as a member and Chair, for a term commencing on 1 May 2024 and expiring 30 April 2025.

Jacqueline Cheyne, of Wanaka,

as a member, for a term commencing on 1 May 2024 and expiring on 30 April 2029.
