Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Hukarere Girls’ College (435) Board, (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 July 2021, Notice No. 2021-go3056), and amendment notice (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 June 2023, Notice No. 2023-go2594).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
