Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 December 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Three Kings Community Kindergarten Incorportated, in respect of Three Kings Community Kindergarten Inc (20557) situated at 261 St Andrews Road, Epsom, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
