Pursuant to clause 9 of Schedule 6 to the Education and Training Act 2020, notice is given that a deed of novation has been signed between the Catholic Cathedral College Proprietors’ Trust Board as the original proprietor and the Roman Catholic Bishop of Christchurch as the new proprietor of the following school:

Catholic Cathedral College (531).

The Minister of Education on behalf of His Majesty The King in Right of New Zealand has consented to the novation.

The deed of novation was executed on 31 March 2024.
