Pursuant to section 32 of the Corrections Act 2004, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title

This notice is the Corrections (Mount Eden Corrections Facility) Notice 2024.

2. Commencement

This notice takes effect from 26 February 2024.

3. Mount Eden Corrections Facility

The land and buildings described in the Schedule are declared to be a corrections prison to be known as the Mount Eden Corrections Facility.

4. Revocation

The Corrections (Mount Eden Corrections Facility) Notice 2017 (as notified in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 September 2017, Issue No. 100, Notice No. 2017-go5046) is revoked.

Mount Eden Corrections Facility

Part of the whole land in North Auckland Land District contained within Certificate of title 552867, being Section 1 SO 441360, Sections 1–4 SO 516170 and those buildings shown as Sections 2, 3 and 4 on SO 516170.
