In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage instrument 12009177.2 (Mortgage Memorandum 2018/4346) (“Mortgage”), First Mortgage Custodians Limited as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that on 7 March 2024 it entered into possession of the mortgaged land located at 2 Presentation Way, Paraparaumu, contained in Record of Title 773682 (“Mortgaged Land”).
