Mortgagor: Lisa Ann Milgrew and Milgrew Trustee Limited

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”), and in the matter of mortgage instrument 12063294.3 (“Mortgage”):

Secure Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 2, 110 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Auckland in proceeding CIV-2022-470-99 dated 15 February 2024 and section 139(1)(c) of the Act, the Mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below:

20 Hidcote Place, Bethlehem, Tauranga 3110 contained and described in Record of Title SA60A/993, South Auckland Registry, Lot 90 Deposited Plan 74813.
