Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the Mortgage over goods (an Open for Business Facility Agreement dated 29 June 2021, a Business Extend Facility Agreement dated 19 October 2020, a Business Term Facility Agreement dated 13 October 2022; and a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 29 November 2022) (“Mortgage”) over a 2019 Domett 5 Axle Curtainside Trailer, Registration No.: 46S48, VIN: 7A9E20018K1023887; a 2019 MAN TGS Truck, Registration No.: MLW733, VIN: WMA30SZZ2JM761538; a 2014 Toyota Hilux 2Wd Ute Utility, Registration No.: HUN499 VIN: MR0EZ12G404158833 (“Collateral”).

Notice is hereby given that on 25 March 2024, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Jjatz Transport Limited, to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.

The registered office of the Mortgagee is Level 3, Heartland House, 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
