Notice is hereby given that on 27 March 2024, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Sidhu Freight Group NZ Limited (in liquidation) to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.
