In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the Mortgage over goods (the Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 31 January 2023 as varied by the Variation Disclosure dated 31 May 2023 (“Mortgage”) over a 2017 Man Truck, Registration No.: KUK205, VIN: WMA30XZZ5HM738164 and a 2017 Roadmaster FG, Registration No.: 7T499, VIN: 7AT0KD03X17003703 (“Collateral”).

Notice is hereby given that on 8 March 2024 Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Rapid Rider Transport Limited, to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.
