Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Application to remove the above-named company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e), on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) have been sent to the Registrar.

Objections to remove, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar before 15 March 2024.
