Notice to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove BMC TRADING CO LIMITED, FIRST SEAFOOD CUISINE LIMITED, HK CUISINE GROUP LIMITED, LGZ QUEEN STREET LIMITED and NORRIE & DAUGHTERS LIMITED (all in liquidation) from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is 15 April 2024.
