This document notifies you that:

1. On 4 January 2024, an application for putting SKY STONE CONSULTING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2024-404-14. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 17 May 2024 at 10.45am.
2. The defendant company is hereby informed of the proceedings and that the High Court has ordered that service of the proceedings be effected including by way of advertising, with the date of service being the last of the dates on which this advertisement is published or service of the relevant documents at the director’s residential address.
3. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
4. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
