This document notifies you that:

1. On 13 November 2023, an application for putting POUTAMA KAITIAKI CHARITABLE TRUST into liquidation was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth. Its reference number is CIV-2023-443-52. The application is to be heard by the High Court at New Plymouth on 2 February 2024 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant trust, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
