This document notifies you that:

1. On 20 December 2023, an application for putting COMPANY 7210293 into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2024-463-12. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on Tuesday, 19 March 2024 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
