1. In the Electricity Regulations (Prohibition of Serene S2068) Notice 2024, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 February 2024, Notice No. 2024-au527, incorrect ranges of serial numbers for the prohibited Serene heater S2068 were quoted. The last serial number in the third bullet point had an extra digit (WF1688874).

The correct text for 3. (b) should read:

“(b) The prohibited S2068 appliance has a serial number in the following ranges:

VH145173 – VH147003,

VK154294 – VK160567, or

WF167045 – WF168874.”

2. The notice Corrigendum—Electricity Regulations (Prohibition of Serene S2068) Notice 2024, New Zealand Gazette, 21 February 2024, Notice No. 2024-au722, which was issued in error, is hereby revoked.
