Pursuant to section 241 of the Land Transport Act 1998 and my delegated authority, I authorise the User - for the Specified Purpose, during the Term, and on the Conditions below - to have access to the names and addresses of persons currently registered to motor vehicles:

• Who are currently registered in respect of a motor vehicle; and
• Who have not instructed the Registrar of Motor Vehicles that they do not wish to have their names and addresses made available under section 241(1)

Person: Te Toi Mahana Trust

Purpose(s):

• Where a motor vehicle is parked on private property in a community housing location, the enforcement of which is managed by Te Toi Mahana Trust, without a permit, or in a no parking zone - including those indicated by marked yellow lines; or
• Where a motor vehicle is parked on private property in a community housing location, the enforcement of which is managed by Te Toi Mahana Trust, in a manner that is blocking access to services or tenants.

In order for Te Toi Mahana Trust to:

• send a notice to the registered person advising them that a permit is required, and/or that they must immediately cease parking in a no parking zone; or
• notify the registered person of the towing or disposal of a motor vehicle which has been parked in a no parking zone, or a manner that is blocking access to services or tenants (including details of the date this will occur, the location the vehicle will be able to be collected from, and the fees associated).

Term: Commencing on 24 April 2024, this notice expires at midnight on 23 April 2029 but may be revoked at any time.
