Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies as follows:

ALPINE POOLS NZ LIMITED on 26 February 2024 at 10.30am; and

HAWKES BAY EARTHWORKS LIMITED on 26 February 2024 at 10.33am

by a resolution of the creditors passed at a jointly held watershed meeting held under section 239AT of the Companies Act pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993; and

COOKS TRADING 2012 LIMITED on 26 February 2024 at 10.04am

by the High Court at Timaru pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 12 April 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
