Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Vlasic, certified practising accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Licensed Insolvency Specialists, was appointed as liquidator of the company by a special shareholder’s resolution on 22 December 2023 at 8.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix Friday, 9 February 2024 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
