Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Take notice that NZCS OPERATIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 April 2024 to be put into liquidation. Ryan Eathorne, accredited insolvency practitioner was appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 18 April 2024 at 10.50am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

The liquidator hereby fixes 24 May 2024, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
