Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Elizabeth Helen Keene and Luke Norman of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court of New Zealand at Timaru on 15 April 2024 at 10.17am and 10.21am respectively. The appointment was made on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 15 May 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
