Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NEW ZEALAND WORKERS’ ASSOCIATION CO-OP CO. LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of creditors passed at the watershed meeting held under section 239AT of the Companies Act 1993 on 3 April 2024 at 11.15am.
