Take notice that DRI-FIT ROOFING LIMITED resolved, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, to be put into liquidation and appointed Mohammed Tazleen Nasib Jan as liquidator on 31 March 2024 at 11.59am.

I fix 2 May 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority or to be excluded from any benefit provided creditors with debts and claims are proved.
