Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 18 March 2024 it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to subsection 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that I T WATSON LIMITED (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Andrew John Hawkes, Insolvency Practitioner IP80 of Anthem Partners Limited, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 18 March 2024 at 12.00pm.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

In accordance with regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994 the liquidator hereby fixes the 12 April 2024, being a day not less than 10 working days from the day since this notice, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
