Under the Legislation Act 2019, notice is given that the Minister for Food Safety adopted amendments 216, 217 and 218 to joint food standards of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code on 30 May 2023.

The joint food standard amendments were adopted under the Food Act 2014 and came into effect on 2 June 2023.
