Pursuant to the Legislation Act 2019, notice is given of the issue on 24 May 2023 of the following Animal Products Notice under the Animal Products Act 1999 which comes into force on 31 May 2023:

• Animal Products Notice: Dairy Export Quota Products and Related Export Approvals

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 34–38 Bowen Street, PO Box 2526, Wellington 6011.

Note: This notice revokes two earlier versions of the Animal Products Notice: Dairy Export Quota Products and Related Export Approvals, New Zealand Gazette, 13 June 2022, Notice No. 2022-sl2374 and New Zealand Gazette, 19 May 2023, Notice No. 2023-sl2136. The 19 May notice was issued in error, because it purported to revoke and replace an earlier version that did not exist.
