In accordance with the Legislation Act 2019, I give notice that the Acting Minister of Oceans and Fisheries has made the following notice for the purpose of the Fisheries (Amateur Fishing) Regulations 2013:

This notice is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019 and is administered by the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI).
