Pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Legislation Act 2019, I, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Customs Service, give notice of material to be incorporated by reference into new regulation 51ZZL of the Customs and Excise Regulations 1996 (“Regulations”).

This material consists of Chapter 3, Annex 3A and Annex 3B of the New Zealand – United Kingdom Free Trade Agreement. Incorporation of this material by reference in the Regulations is an alternative to their full text being stated in those regulations.

This material, as certified, is available on the New Zealand Customs Service website: https://www.customs.govt.nz/.

Alternatively, these documents are available for inspection, at no charge, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays) at The Customhouse, 1 Hinemoa Street, Wellington 6011.
