I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

1. Removing a Shareholder Consent Form registered on 27 September 2023 at 3.58pm. The effect being KC Holdings Limited was never a shareholder.
2. To register, effective on 27 September 2023, two shareholder consents. The effect being Christopher Steven Cluse of 5/235 Salisbury Street, Christchurch Central, Christchurch, 8013 and Kirsty Marie Newman of 5/235 Salisbury Street, Christchurch Central, Christchurch, 8013 are joint shareholders of 60 shares.
