I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

A.J KAHLON CLEANING LIMITED (8179454) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. Remove the Particulars of Company Address dated 17 August 2022. The effect being the Registered Office Address and Address For Service remain to be “34 Nixon Street, Kensington, Whangarei 0112.”
2. Remove the Particulars of Director dated 17 August 2022 at 9.09am. The effect being Akansha Lal’s address remains to be “Anzac Road, Morningside, Whangarei 0110.”
3. To enter a Particulars of Director dated 21 June 2022. The effect being Akansha Lal ceases as director on 21 June 2022.
