I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

ZONE MEDIA LIMITED (6918814) – rectification shall comprise the following:

1. To remove the liquidator’s final report dated 1 June 2023 and registered on 2 June 2023.
2. To register a liquidator’s final report also dated 1 June 2023. The effect being that the currently registered liquidator’s final report will be replaced.

(Application by Kevin J. Davies, who was appointed 31 August 2021 as liquidator of the above-mentioned company)

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 8 August 2023 being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
