I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

MACFIE ARCHITECTURE LIMITED (1837802) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. Remove the Particulars of Director dated 27 May 2023 at 3.28am. The effect being Michael Macfie remains a director.
2. Remove the Particulars of Director dated 27 May 2023 at 4.08am. The effect being Rebecca Macfie’s address remains to be 44 Kiwi Road, Stanley Point, Auckland 0624.
3. Remove the Particulars of Shareholding dated 27 May 2023. The effect being Michael Macfie remains the sole shareholder.

PERSEVERANCE PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM LIMITED (1906749) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. Remove the Particulars of Shareholding dated 25 April 2023 and 30 May 2023. The effect being the shareholding GPG TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED remains a shareholder of 998 shares, Annarosa Petrucci remains a shareholder of 1 share, and Gianpaolo Grazioli remains a shareholder of 1 share.
2. Remove the Particulars of Director dated 26 April 2023 and amend the Particulars of Director dated 30 May 2023. The effect being Gianpaolo Grazioli’s director details was updated from 12 Gore St, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010 to 67a Atkin Avenue, Auckland City 1071.
3. Remove the Particulars of Company Address dated 26 April 2023. The effect being the Address For Service remain to be Good for Business Limited, 72 Taharoto Drive, Level 3, Bhive, Takapuna, Auckland 0622.

1. To remove a Particulars of Director dated 26 April 2023 at 3.05am. The effect being Annarosa Petrucci remains a director.
