Notice of Appointment of Voluntary Administrators and First Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 239AO(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that:

1. Richard John Nacey and Stephen Robert White, both Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), were appointed joint and several voluntary administrators of the companies on 30 October 2023.
2. A meeting of the creditors of the companies will be held on Thursday, 9 November 2023 at 3.30pm. The meeting will take place at the following location: Level 27, PwC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010.
3. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is to consider:
1. Whether to appoint creditors’ committees and if so, to appoint its members; and
2. Whether to replace the administrators.
4. The text of the resolutions to be voted on are as follows:
1. That a creditors’ committee be appointed; and
2. To replace Richard John Nacey and Stephen Robert White as administrators of the companies.
5. Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote.
