Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that a watershed meeting of the creditors to decide the future of BLACK DOG CONSULTING LIMITED will be held virtually by way of video conference on Tuesday, 26 September 2023 at 9.30am.

Agenda for Watershed Meeting

1. To consider the administrators’ report and opinion about the company’s business, property, affairs and financial circumstances.
2. For creditors of the company to vote on whether the company should execute a deed of company arrangement, whether the company should be placed into liquidation or whether the administration should end.
3. Any other business that may lawfully be brought forward.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present virtually, by appointing a proxy or by postal/email vote. Postal votes and proxies must be received by 9.30am on 25 September 2023 (being 24 hours before the start of the meeting) by way of email to jennifer@palliserin.co.nz.
