Notice of Watershed Meeting

Pursuant to Sections 239AT and 239AU of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that a watershed meeting of the creditors of BOOTLEGGERS BOTTLING COMPANY LIMITED will be held by way of video conference on 6 September 2023 commencing at 12.00pm.

Creditors who have filed a claim will be provided with virtual access to the meeting. Creditors who wish to attend the meeting, please contact Jennifer Yi at jennifer@palliserin.co.nz for a copy of the meeting link no later than Tuesday 5 September 2023 by 5.00pm.

Purpose of Meeting

1. To consider the administrators’ report and opinion about the company’s business, property, affairs and financial circumstances.
2. For creditors of the company to vote on whether the administration should end, whether the company should be placed into liquidation or whether it would be in the best interest of creditors for the company to execute a deed of company arrangement.
