Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Nina Weir, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 23 February 2023 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 February 2023, Notice No. 2023-ln705, by deleting the words

“SO 58265”

from the Schedule of that notice and replacing them with the words

“SO 582655”.
