Under section 31 of the Walking Access Act 2008, I declare that the land described in the Schedule below shall be a walkway and is assigned the name Kotikoti Walkway.

I have appointed the Far North District Council to be the controlling authority for this walkway.

Special Easement Terms

The easement grants a right for members of the public to pass and repass during daylight hours only.

The actual formed track within that part of the easement area which runs along the boundary with Lot 6 DP 414711, Lot 1 DP 177466 and Lot 5 DP 414711 shall be no more than 3 metres in width.

The powers in section 37(2)(b) of the Walking Access Act 2008 do not apply to this easement.
