Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Howick Local Board of Auckland Council by resolution HW/2023/78 reclassifies the land in the Schedule from local purpose (community building) reserve to recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.
