Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Deepal Chand, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road;
- Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), shall be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip);
- Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip); and
- Pursuant to section 20 and pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip);
and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
