Pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Franklin Local Board under delegation from Auckland Council has passed a resolution (FR/2021/90) to classify the reserve described in the Schedule below as a recreation reserve.
