Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 January 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Auckland University/Park Avenue, in respect of Faculty of Education Early Childhood Centre (45599) situated at 28 Kohia Terrace, Gate 8, Epsom, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
