Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 August 2010, which was granted under those regulations to Remuera Stepping Stones Childcare Centre, in respect of Remuera Stepping Stones Childcare Centre (20555) situated at 59 Clonbern Road, Remuera, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
