Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the notice “Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the St Patrick’s School (Waimate) (3539) Board” (“Board”), (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 May 2022, Notice No. 2022-go1646), and the amendment (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 May 2023, Notice No. 2023-go2124).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
