Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 May 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Best Start Educare Limited, in respect of BestStart Pacey Avenue (50098) situated at 29 Pacey Avenue, Hawera.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
